    (A packet of commercial tokoroten is convenient)

  • Clear soy sauce-as needed

作り方　Preparation

ところてんにはポン酢をかけることが多いですが、旨味のある「透明醤油」も合います。

見た目も涼やかで、夏のおつまみにぴったりです。


Tokoroten is often served with ponzu vinegar, but the flavorful "clear soy sauce" also goes well.It looks cool and is a perfect summer snack.
